150吨液压打包机使用说明:
本厂150吨液压打包机使用68#液压油,连接电源三相380V,额定电流为25A,安装时要有接地保护,电机要根据所示方向运转才能启用,否则不能启动。油箱加入120公斤的液压油方可启动使用。但当气温降低时液压油浓度大,机内的滤清器不能起到过滤作用,这时必须将滤清器拆出,待温度恢复后,方可生新安装使用。(注:滤清器应每月清洗1-2次)。
溢流筏-控制该机的压力开关,旋转调压手转向右转为增压,向左转为减压,出厂前已调整好压力。但在使用过程中调压手轮可能有变位现象,导致压力升高或降低,这时需要生新调节压力,调压时应在运转中进行,同时把压板降至*低位置,调整溢流筏的调压手轮,调整压力不能高于或低于压力表所示的范围,*佳压力的OMPA(100KG/1cm2)。旁杆-增强压的刚性和起导向作用,每次使用前应加油,起润滑作用。
行程开关-控制该机的启动和停止的作用,因此要经常检查、维修、保养。手动转向阀-控制压板向上向下,停止的开关。
1、手动转向阀打向下档位时压板自动向下工作,当废纸压到结实状态时,那阻力大于压力:压板不能再向下压,应把手动转向阀打向空档位置,停止加压,如果长期处于加压状态,会导致液压,电机、油泵长时间处于超负荷状态而使各机件损坏。
2、手动转向阀打向升档位置,压板自动向上升到*高的位置,由行程开关控制自停,这时应把手动转向空档位置。完成一个工作程序。

一、150吨液压打包机安装步骤
1、本机必须平稳放在混凝土上,基础视当地情况决定。
2、检查油箱底部放油口是否已关闭,确定关闭后再打开油箱顶部加油口密封盖。
注入约90KG,68#液压油,液压油排号视当地气温及使用标准决定。[注!如果机型在60T以上,新机时必须分两次注油,**次注入液压油高度至油尺顶部(蓝**线)。待压板下压至底部再加注液压油至油尺底部(红**线)详细见操作说明4]
3、安装好本机电源线,电压及频率视当地电源决定,(注!电机和电器配件的电压及频率已按客户订购机器时的要求配置安装好)常规采用三相四线制,其中三条带电源线分别接入电相内相应的三个接线位,(图7左)另一条为接地防漏电保护线,应紧接机体外露金属表面,以防电器漏电伤人。
二、150吨液压打包机操作方法:
1、通入电源:把电箱内空气开关(本机总开关)合上,先检查三相电源电压是否正常,(用仪表或探电笔测试)关闭电相门,查看电相门板表面红色电源指示灯是否亮起。
2、启动电机:把手动换向阀手柄(付图3)往下推至*底位(机体附有操作图标),然后把启动按钮NO按下(图5右下),(注:如装有急停开关机型的请把急停开关按箭头方向右旋,急停开关弹出即可),(图5右上)如正常情况下电机启动。
3、 检看电机转向:(图8)电机启动后,手动换向阀手柄在*下位时,如压板不能往下移。这时请必须立即查看电机旋转方向是否正确,电机旋转方向必须按箭头指示方向一致。如果电机转向相反时则机器不能正常使用,这时应把手动换向阀手柄往上拉至中档位。然后按下停止按钮OFF(或急停开关按下)停止电机运转。切断输入总电源,把三相电源线其中二相线互换再接上即可。再按操作1和2重新操作,(注!必须确定电机转向是否与箭头指示方向一致。)
