Quantity size :   0.1ml  (dilute with pH 7.4    0.01 M PBS or antibody diluent ) Background: Cytokeratin 18 is an acidic keratin which is found primarily in non squamous epithelia and is present in a majority of adenocarcinomas and ductal carcinomas but not in squamous cell carcinomas. Cytokeratin 18 exists in combination with Cytokeratin 8, a basic keratin. Hepatocellular carcinomas have been reportedly defined by the use of antibodies that recognize only Cytokeratins 8 and 18.
Subunit : Heterotetramer of two type I and two type II keratins. KRT18 associates with KRT8. Interacts with PNN, HCV core protein and mutated CFTR. Interacts with YWHAE, YWHAH and YWHAZ only when phosphorylated. Interacts with the thrombin-antithrombin complex. Interacts with DNAJB6, TCHP and TRADD (By similarity).
Tissue Specificity : Expressed in endoderm, intestinal epithelial cells and in most extraembryonic tissues.
Similarity : Belongs to the intermediate filament family.

  optimal dilutions/concentrations should be determined by the end user..

Storage:  Store at -20℃ for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The  lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater  than a year when kept at -20℃. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent  of antibody, the antibody is stable for at least six weeks at 2-4 ℃
