300吨重型液压打包机使用说明：
本厂重型液压打包机使用68#液压油，连接电源三相380V，额定电流为40A，安装时要有接地保护，电机要根据所示方向运转才能启用，否则不能启动。油箱加入液压油方可启动使用。但当气温降低时液压油浓度大，机内的滤清器不能起到过滤作用，这时必须将滤清器拆出，待温度恢复后，方可生新安装使用。（注：滤清器应每月清洗1-2次）。
溢流筏-控制该机的压力开关,旋转调压手转向右转为增压，向左转为减压，出厂前已调整好压力。但在使用过程中调压手轮可能有变位现象，导致压力升高或降低，这时需要生新调节压力，调压时应在运转中进行，同时把压板降至*低位置，调整溢流筏的调压手轮，调整压力不能高于或低于压力表所示的范围，压力的OMPA（100KG/1cm2）。旁杆-增强压的刚性和起导向作用，每次使用前应加油，起润滑作用。
行程开关-控制该机的启动和停止的作用，因此要经常检查、维修、保养。手动转向阀-控制压板向上向下，停止的开关。
1、手动转向阀打向下档位时压板自动向下工作，当废纸压到结实状态时，那阻力大于压力：压板不能再向下压，应把手动转向阀打向空档位置，停止加压，如果长期处于加压状态，会导致液压，电机、油泵长时间处于超负荷状态而使各机件损坏。
2、手动转向阀打向升档位置，压板自动向上升到*高的位置，由行程开关控制自停，这时应把手动转向空档位置。完成一个工作程序
